Review content:
When corn is in season, this stand gets it right off the farms in this area! It is so fresh and you can tell it by the husks! Not a bad ear in the bunch! Deelish produce that is all farm fresh. My favorite item is the tiny brussel sprouts they carry. Also loved is the english cucumbers. That's because I hate the seeds in the waxy regular cukes. Yuck.
Markham also carries apple cider in the fall and.. wait for it.. deelish fresh cider donuts! They are so sinful.
They have a full selection of locally made jams and preserves made from locally grown fruits and berries and such.
I love the fresh pies as well. Some other selections of pastry made from local produce is available.
I need to revisit this place. I'm making myself hungry!
