welcome to small town America, where if we don’t have it - and we don't - you can order it from the catalog. This is a small location, even for Penney's standards. It is an anchor store in a small mall, and the choices are both limited and pricey. They do have a salon and a catalog desk. The catalog desk is probably the best feature of this store.
