We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I needed a rental car last minute, and called Enterprise because it's located near enough that I could walk to get the car if they could not pick me up. I called and informed the rental agent what I would need, and we discussed the terms for the rental of a compact car. The price was fine, and he assured me he had several compacts due to return that morning and he'd be calling me in under and hour to determine pick up time and location. I didn't hear from Enterprise for 2 hours. When I called, I got a new person on the phone who couldn't even find my reservation! I went through the entire rental order again, and she input the information (I could hear her typing) and said she would call me soon because cars had just come in. I had to call back again 30 minutes later and they STILL had no cars. There were even 2 people ahead of me to get cars. I told them nevermind I'd be using their competition down the road because this was ridiculous. I have never had a rental experience like this with Enterprise and I was quite shocked how little they seemed concerned about actually being truthful with their customers. They could have saved me a lot of time, and not made us skip our lunch reservations, had they just been honest about what they had available. I will never rent from this location.
