Review content:
I have had nothing but problems at this store and the one in Elk Grove. Every one who works here seems to be completely incompetent. I was given bad information over the phone when I tried to place an order, so ended up having to go into the store to sort it out. I waited 45 minutes to be helped in the Appliance department. When my order arrived, it was not correct. Once I received the correct product later, I tried to go to the store to get a reimbursement for the previous order. They tried to claim I had not rejected the order upon delivery, and did not want to refund my $400. It took an hour to get it straightened out.
This is just one of many problems I have had here. I will be shopping at OSH or Lowe's from now on.
