I love shopping with Coach, and this location in Providence Place mall is one of the best. They always have plenty of staff who are more than willing to help you out, even when you are only looking for information and there's no way they'll make a sale.
I had one worker looking through back styles trying to find a particular handbag for me I had seen on the wharf. She not only located the bag in their stylebook, but she called around to find if there were any warehouses still carrying it. Sadly the answer was no.
I was just in again today and happened to mention to Kelly, the sales associate, that a bag from last year that is yellow had gotten a splinter in between the woven fabric. She asked that I bring it in next time I'm in the mall and they may be able to ship it off and have it repaired. I was so excited, I had no idea they even offered services like that!
Wonderful experience, which is saying a lot considering how much money I part with every time I go in there.
