My daughter and I have had an absolutely horrible experience with Freedman & Haas. They ONLY time the dentists have ever deigned to speak to me was at the consultation, when I signed the contract. Once
the contract was signed, the dentists didn't return my calls or even see me when I asked to speak with them in the office. In August 2009 I called three times and asked for the dentist to return my call. No one called back once, not even a receptionist, much less the dentists. I spent an hour and a half waiting in the Wellington office two weeks ago to speak with Dr. Haas, and she never came out to talk to me. When one of the technicians told her I had been waiting an hour and a half, she didn't even come out of the exam room for as much as a "hello", or an "I'm sorry; we're busy." My husband lost his job and his insurance, and things have gone downhill from there. With every visit they ask me for money before they'll see my daughter. It's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY to them. Steer clear!!!!!
