Review content:
My husband and I have bought 2 cars from them--one used and one new. We've test-driven a few others because we're looking at getting a Matrix in the next year or so. Normally, I hate going to car dealerships because the salespeople are pushy and annoying. These guys are great, though. They answer questions, offer help, then back off if you want them to. When you test-drive a vehicle, sometimes they go with you and sometimes they don't but they're always chatty and friendly. When I got my used car, there was a chip in the paint that needed to be fixed. While I was waiting in the office for it to be done, everyone who came through was friendly and spoke to me. The manager of the used cars part was talking to me about how a girl bought a car from them, something happened to her and a piece of her car broke (it's been a while so the details aren't all there). She went back to him nearly in tears, told him what happened, and he fixed it for free. Five Points Toyota has the best customer service I've ever heard of.
