Recently, I visited this location to take care of a billing issue for my daughter who is stationed in Korea. I met with Mike Pilkington a Retail Sales Consultant. Mike was professional and not only had a caring attitude. He listened to my/her problems took copies of my daughters orders and looked up her account and quickly said he would make sure he would get her early termination fee refunded and he would also follow up to make sure this is done and correspond with her by email and with me by phone to confirm. Mike did this. If you have an occasion to visit this location, Mike will treat you fairly, and will follow through. WAY TO GO MIKE!!!
