I love this site, because we can voice out opinion about products and services, and be truthful. Sometimes businesses do not care what our opinion may be about them, even though we are not satisfied with their services. All through my daughter's and every other child here in B-town's school years, Lifetouch has been the company to do the school pics. And they are usually always good and prices very fair. An alternative to high priced senior portraits were to get the ones that Lifetouch did for the senior yearbooks, and that is actually a wonderful thing for parents who just don't have all the money it costs during senior year these days! Wow, I was so estatic that she could get her pics at a lesser price, etc. etc. But, it turned out to be a fiasco with LIfetouch through the entire thing. My daughter had to be homeschooled during the time of pics, due to my health. I had called and arranged everything in advance with them and her school, so that she would be there to get her pics. First off, Lifetouch changed the date of pics, we didn't find out until 15 minutes before they were finishing up at her school, when someone called us. So, she had to fly out of the house unprepared and just go. Well, it was pouring down rain that day and when we got to her school, they sent her to 3 different buildings, before she got to the right one. During this time, I am on the phone with LIfetouch and they are sending her all around. Needless to say, they did not allow her to dry off, settle in, etc., they just snapped the pic and that was that. Hair totally drenched and hanging. Not only was this going to be her Sr. Pic, it goes into graduation year - year book. What fond memories, huh! Then they couldn't figure out what took so long to actually get her pictures back from the lab, I have no idea what went wrong here, so they were soooo late! I had to go pick them up at their office, when they finally did come in. I had already paid in advance, like you are suppose to do, so, when we saw the pics, she was horrified. I felt so sorry for her...they would not allow her to make them up, nor give us a discount, no apologies, nothing! So, all I can say is their services and professionalism totally s_cked! So glad we are through with them and if it were their kids' Sr. pics, I wonder how they would feel about going through what we did - hmmmm!
