Review content:
This is my daughter's gym and we love it! They are affiliated with USA Gymnasics, so the programs are designed to learn skills in a safe manner - and at the younger ages anyway, the emphasis is always on fun. My daughter has on occassion been scared to try certain things and she is never, ever pushed to do anything that is outside her comfort zone. Instead the coach reassures her that she's safe and that she would never let anything happen to my daughter, and that they can wait to try whatever it is until she's ready.
This gym goes all the way through level 10, which is the last level before "elite" (Olympic caliber) - at that point, if they get that far they move to a gym in Mountlake Terrace called Cascade Elites. But this works for us for now!
