My husband and I purchased a Honda Civic in 1998 from Honda Cars of Concord. We have had nothing but good service in all of our dealings with them.
My husband and I do the good guy/bad guy… I am the bad guy :0)
But really, they have to talk to me. He likes to sit back and listen and see how they treat me. They really do have to sale it to me.
Every time I have taken the car in for service, I have always received first class treatment. I have never been treated second class because I am a woman. I am a woman with car history. From race cars to services writing, so I know what I am talking about most of the time. I am treated as such.
Will I buy from them again?? Yes!! In a skinny minute.
