Review content:
Milwaukee PC is a local computer and computer parts supplier. They have a repair service and also make house-calls.
First, the good:
Milwaukee PC is the first place I will stop if I need a replacement computer part within a few hours. I maintain over 200 computers, so this does happen occasionally. They will get to know you, and treat you with kindness and respect, if you know what you are doing when it comes to computers. They will also bargain with you some on price. Their shop is well stocked, and they are almost guaranteed to have the parts that you need. If they don't, they can usually get them that same day from their Milwaukee location.
The bad:
Their pricing is almost always the highest you will find, so if you are not afraid to bargain, you may get them to a reasonable cost. Their service center people are condescending to other customers. I have witnessed them many times hanging up with a customer and mocking them to their co-workers.
The bottom line on Milwaukee PC is that if you need something fast, go there. If you can wait a day or two, get your best price online, and order it from a reputable dealer.
