This place has terrible customer service. I suppose for the neighborhood, they receive good reviews due to lack of options. I have given them a try a total of 4 times, as they are fairly close to me. The waiting time when calling an order in is terrible. The phone people do not want to be bothered it seems. (Should have been my first clue to never go to this place). Went therew on another occasion to get a sandwhich. There was 20 minutes until closing, and two waiters/owners were sitting at a table stuffing their faces and did not want to get up for customers. Sad, sad, sad. This is no way to run a business.
