My sister-in-law used Neal's Computer Services to fix her computer. The owner (I believe his name is Neal) came to her home and worked on her computer in order to diagnose the problem. If he'd been able to, he would have fixed it right then and there; however, he decided that he needed to take it back to his home to fix it. (He works out of his home.) My sister-in-law was nervous at first that it might take a while to get her computer fixed and returned but she had it back within the week. Apparently the repair was expertly done as she hasn't had anymore problems with her computer. Based on what she had to say (and she can be very hard to please), I would not hesitate to recommend Neal's Computer Services.
