I agreed on an engine cleaning service only after I was given an estimate of an hour and a half by the representative behind the counter. Three hours later, I was still waiting for my car to be finished. By this time I was hungry and I mentioned something to the guy. I did get my car back in a decent maner and the job was finished. They gave me a discount for having to wait so long, and a free oil change coupon, so I left somewhat happy. I will return there, as they were friendly and kept me informed of things as they happened. If you go, just be prepared to wait for a long while for your car to be done.
