Businiess name:  La Bella Italia
Review by:  Chris H.
Review content:
The food at La Bella is, quite simply, out of this world. They have just recently remodled the restaurant, moving into a much bigger, nicer, brand-new building. Of course to go along with this move "uptown" they raised the prices, in some cases quite a bit. But the food is still the same, made fresh and to order. Their hot subs are made on fresh rolls made from pizza dough-like bread. The pizza is New York style (flat) and their sauce is very good if you like your tomato sauce more tangy than sweet. Their parmesan dishes (eggplant, chicken, veal) are heavenly, and the side salad and garlic bread are very tasty, too. Five stars for this hometown favorite. (Oh, by the way, the police always eat here. You know that the cops know all of the good local places! ;o)
