I love the festive atmosphere that the Pepper Market has, as well as the wide variety of foods available.
When you arrive, you are seated, given a card for each member of your dining party, and a waiter/waitress brings the drinks that you would like. You get your card marked for the drinks, and then take your card to any of the various food stations throughout the food court -- there is one for sandwiches, one for pizza, one for grilled items, a bakery section, etc. When you order, your card is stamped, and you receive your item to carry back to your table.
Upon leaving, the cashier decodes the stamps, and you pay as you exit.
It is a fun, festive, open-air market feel, that my family really enjoys.
