I USE to be a patient there, use to be is the keyword. I canceled an appointment the same day that the appointment was. I was told that is was, and they had giving me an appointment for the following week. Unbeknownst to me, I received a letter in my mail three days later, stating that I had missed an appointment and I was disbarred from the practice. I have had never missed ONE appointment. And I had only canceled an appointment the same day once. So naturally I called and they let me know that this was their final deicion. So, if you are looking for a RELIABLE dentist, it would be best to look somewhere else!
