AVOID! Problems experienced: You are not directly under Arbuck's care, but only the care of a physician's assistant. No discussion of approach of providing care (no contact w/ Arbuck; care only as good as the physican's assistant (PA); impulsive/impromptu visits to other doctors in group (EXPENSIVE); medical devices 30%-40% more expensive than the same item purchased elsewhere; patient not told what services their insurance will/will not cover (don't be surprised by a $500 bill on your first visit).
Regarding the office manager/billing manager Connie, she is the best reflection of Meridian's service -- could care less about the patient, just wants your money. When given an example of unprofessional behavior of the staff, she did not recognize the behavior as reflecting poorly on Meridian and was generally angry and distant.
Meridian is a dealer of suboxone. If you want this pain med, go to Meridian. That was the outcome of the first visit and was determined in the first ten minutes. PA was so unprepared every visit that she had no idea what dosage was being prescribed and often had to be corrected about why the patient was there (this happened at EVERY follow up visit).
