I purchased a Jerjef home about two years and have regretted the decision ever since. Of course from the outside the home looks beautiful, but when you get in the house and live in for awhile.. you start to notice all the shortcuts that were taken, the cheap materials that were used, etc...
Also, I know I bought the house, but the house was poorly designed.. it has 10 boxes all joined together... the house doesn't flow and doesn't allow for any air ventilation throughout the house cause of the boxiness.
I'll do more research next time before I select a builder. Just cause they build houses that sell for $500k homes doesn't mean they are worth it!
