If you have a Science and Nature fan in your family then you must go see this place! This is a great place for learning and there are tons of activities for the children to do. My daughter just went on a fieldtrip there and I had not been there in years and there are quite a few things that have changed since I last went. The children from her class had a great time exploring and pond and going on a dinosaur dig. They also got to have presentations by the Centers employess (or volunteers) on different wildlife and pond animals. It was an exciting time. The parking is under the freeway bridge and you do have to walk up a lot of stairs. The staff (volunteers possibly) were knowledgeable and enjoyed teaching the children. We happened to go on a very cold day so since it was outside it was not as fun for the parents!
