Review content:
I went to a local Saturn dealer with my fiance who is in a wheelchair. The sales rep first kept trying to put him in a van so he could get a lift. We told him more than once we weren’t interested in a van. Finally he showed us the car we were interested in (we came in requesting to see a specific car) and then proceeded to ask if we were family or if I was an employee. It wouldn’t have been so bad if he didn’t ask BOTH of us individually like he couldn’t believe we were going to get married. Then, we told him thanks for showing us but we weren’t in the market to purchase just yet. He insisted on giving us a price so he asked us to sign something so he could run some numbers. We let him give us a price and we told him again it would be a long while before we purchased anything. We started getting weekly calls from him and his “sales / inventory manager”. I finally had to email the store & tell them IF we wanted to purchase anything we’d contact them so please stop calling at 8:30am on a Saturday.
Overall I wasn’t impressed with how we were treated.
