Review content:
The first time I went there I was looking for wide width shoes. The employee in the shoe department would follow me around from a distance and every time I would look up, he was glancing at me. Never once asked if I needed assistance.
Then a few months ago I was looking for a new food processor. The sales associate in the kitchen appliance department did the same thing as the shoe department guy months before.
I got the feeling that they think everyone is out to steal something. It was very unnerving to be so noticeably watched like they were looking down their noses at me and never asked if I needed assistance. I will never set foot in a Kohl's store again.
