Good: My Name is C. Street and I have been going to Pep Boys for years. Price driven as I have been, I wish I had learned my lesson from the past but I have a different car and I thought it would be different now. It's close to me. Fast service. Maybe too fast. Had my car all day and I did not receive a call when it was ready. I called because it was getting late.. Bad: The work. Every time I take my car to Pep Boys I get my car back with something I did not take it there for. The engine light and the oil light was on. I do regular oil changes but not always with Pep Boys. I stayed away from them for a while and then decided to try them again because I had a different car and what happened? The same thing I experienced with the old car. The engine light was on.. Improvements: I would like to have it checked without an additional expense. I would like to feel good about taking my car to Pep Boys again. I would like to not feel like I feel and that is the feeling like I'll never go there again.. Other: The people are very nice to you but I'm not sure if they have very qualified workers. I would like them to check the engine lights and oil lights on cars before they receive them and note if they are on or not and when they notice that they are not on, then take responsiblility to check them free if they come on anytime within one to two days after receiving your car back from them..
