Review content:
Took my dog for grooming to try out this place. Groomer called me back in 1 hr and asked me to take my dog back. My dog (1 yr. old) is very shy and timid, so he was uncooperative. Groomer had no patience and suggested me to put the dog to sleep. Took my dog back home, found that he is bleeding from his eyes and scratched on the eyebrows, took him to animerge and got him stitched. Lawsuit currently under works and he might loose his license soon.
Petsmart works for me, so I never had to go back to this one. Your experience could be different than mine, but I cannot believe a groomer who doesn't have patience is in this line of work. He could have very well been a plumber/carpenter.
