I went into BJ's Saturday night and left within 5 minutes. Customer service was TERRIBLE and when I complained about it to management they did nothing about it. I then tried to use the one-day pass they have ON THEIR WEBSITE and they told me they no longer accepted one day passes. I then asked why they had the coupone on their website to use if they no longer accepted them. The answer I got was "I don't know." I will NEVER go back to BJ's especially the one in Voorhees that's how bad my expereince was. I will stick to Sam's.
