Good: The price, at first, we thought was great, but then when we found what we didn't get or what we got that was wrong, made the price quite expensive -- especially what it is going to cost to correct all the problems that were caused or missed during the patio installation. I liked the pavers, but I picked them out myself.. Bad: The sinking of the patio. The poor drainage. The sinking of the stairs. The uneveness of the patio. The workers not being able to speak any English and no one there from Green Thumb. More importantly, Brian Hoffman's refusal to make the NECESSARY repairs. I was dismayed that a engineering consultant discovered missed steps in the construction of the patio, and Brian Hoffman still refused to correct the work his workers performed (or didn't perform).. Improvements: The entire patio has to be redone. The ground underneath the patio was not prepared properly (hydraulic tamping) and now the pavers are sinking along with the steps.. Other: I am disabled and on Social Security, and this is how I was treated and how they dealt with the issue. “Character is not made in a crisis --it is only exhibited.” Robert Freeman quote..
