Jennifer was amazing with her quick responses via email confirming my orders or answering any questions I had. Items were shipped to me lightning fast, and they were so much cooler and cuter than I ever imagined once I saw them in person! I love the random unique gift and personal ideas that are offered. I bought items for all the ladies in my office for Christmas as well as a little something for myself and a good friend. Additionally, my Dad purchased a gift for me and it was so lovely when it arrived! The shipping and packaging is done with very special care. I highly recommend Kathleen's and can promise I will be a regular customer!
