Review content:
I was looking for a baseball hat for my dad, a drummer, with the Zildjian logo on it. (Zildjian is a percussion and cymbals brand) So I called around to local music stores to see if they had it in stock.
I call West L.A. Music and ask if they have such hats. Some snotty employee responds saying that they do have baseball caps with Zildjian logos. He had so much attitude and made me feel like a moron for asking such a stupid question. As if all music stores carry brand apparel! (They don't, I called around)
So I drive out to the store and can't see the hats anywhere. I ask a clerk, and he points me to TWO hats on a rack. One is a bright red trucker hat with the logo and the other is a white cap whose brim was scuffed and dirty.
The sales guy on the phone made it seem like they OBVIOUSLY had the hats in stock. And I find only one viable option.
In a pinch, I bought the hat and the person working the register didn't even give me a bag or anything she just gave me the receipt and said "See ya later."
They need better employees at West L.A. Music.
