Review content:
My first experience at the Cincinnati Oceanaire was not a good one. I took my guest there for her Christmas gift, a place she really wanted to try. She ordered the trout and on her third bite she had a mouth laden with bones! The horrific look on her face was very embarrassing, especially since she was my guest. She asked me not to say anything at the time due to more embarrassement. So, I wrote an e-mail to the Oceanaire first thing that Monday morning, stating what had taken place.
The head Chief, Justin Dumcum, responded with an appology and stated that he would follow up with me in a phone call (I left him my cell phone, work number and address). I never heard another word from him or the Oceanaire even after I sent them a second e-mail! I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Spending that kind of money on an expensive cut of fish should not enclude bones in the meal!
Pros: Convience to the Arnoff center
Cons: Bones in the fish
