Review content:
I've had several miserable visits to this Sonic location. On my most recent visit, the car hop handed over the milkshakes and I handed out my Credit Card for payment and she replied, "Oh, they didn't tell you the machine was down?" We let her know that they did not, and she took our drinks back with not so much as an apology and stormed off quite angrily. On other occasions, the drinks have been not very well made, milkshakes with clumps of plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom, tasteless slushes, even watered down soft drinks. Hopefully this will all be taken care of, but for now I guess I'll do without the milkshake I wanted so bad.
