Online and at their stores, I am always satisfied with the service I receive from this company! Their return policy is fantastic! I once bought some skincare products without even thinking about getting samples to try out, they turned out to be horrible and when I decided to return the items to the store I couldn't find my reciept! To my surprise the sales associates at Sephora were more than happy to give me store credit or help me find something else which better suited my facial needs. Their online service rocks as well. Every time I had a question emailed to them I would get a response within a day! I recently placed an order with a free standard shipping code. I received the products at my door step in two days!!! The products were carefully wrapped and I also got three samples of other products to try out! I love this store!
