Review content:
Deerhead Hot Dogs is a family style restaurant on Maryland Avenue. Their most famous for the hot dogs. The dogs are grilled and then covered with a secret special sauce and chopped onions. If you're not into the dogs you can enjoy the classic American menu, which includes burgers, wings and fries. I recommend the old bay seasoned fries. The dessert menu is to die for, I usually get the classic banana split. The menu starts at a little under 2 dollars for the dogs and goes up to about 8 dollars for other entrees. They have a take out window as well as a sitdown restaurant. The staff is very friendly and always willing to recommend something good if you can't decide. The service is quick you usually get your food in under 10 minutes. If you decide to head out to the takeout window you can actually watch the cook prepare your food. Overall it's a nice place to stop for a weekend lunch or if you're too lazy to cook and want to grab takeout for dinner.
