Review content:
I was simply appalled by my visit to Rumors Salon. After curiously passing by this salon many times, and it appearing to be "the whole package" (parking, day spa, new construction) I made an appointment. I don't know whether my stylist was new or just incompetent, but my highlights turned out to be the worst color orange one can imagine! I expressed to my stylist (I can't remember her name, but she was tall and blonde) that my hair was not to my liking and that surely this hue was NOT "natural". She told me that it was a rinse that would fade beautifully after my first washing. Well, it didn't! When I called back to voice my complaint to the owner, (Sheila, I believe) she was incredibly rude and hostile as though my dissatisfaction was unfathomable. She completely dismissed my concern and treated me like an inconvenience to her. Since then, I have fortunately found a wonderful salon with skilled stylists, and a friendly staff . They are downtown where parking can be scarce, but you know what....I'll deal with that any day over my experience at Rumors!
Pros: Parking
Cons: Color skills, the way they treat customers
