If you want to try to make your own real asian food or if you just want to try something new from another culture, I recommend going to the Cao Nguyen Supermarket. It's a rather huge store with all kinds of asian foods. They have alot of things that regular supermarkets don't have. However, there are some crazy food products you might see, but hey you could always try something new. And some of the things are pricey. I love going here with my non-asian friends. They always ask me what things are and they want to try new things. Usually my family goes to another asian supermarket because my mom can only find certain things there, but I would much rather shop here. It's alot bigger and cleaner then the one we usually go to. Also, they sell other asian merchandise besides foods. You can buy asian tableware (bowls, chopsticks, plates, etc), cute toys, sometimes they have asian purses, bamboo plants, and other things. I think it's worth atleast taking a look because you might find something great!
