Review content:
I went to Chispas once but not to the one in Doral but the one in Gables. I bet it looks the same if not similar and the food is probably the same. So let me tell you about my esperience. The place is very nice. People can see you, you can see people, but you are with your people. I was a bit confused though with what kind of food it is that they serve. Is it south american? spanish? greek? a mix? not sure. I tried the raw tuna... which i didnt like just not my taste since i dont eat meat at all. I tried the octopus and i didnt like that either, i repeat im not use to eating that. I tried a pizza i dont remember the name for it, its on a pita bread with goat cheese spinach and some other stuff and i loooved it! I also liked the manchego cheese with serrano ham and olives which i am a lover of. I became a fanatic of the manchego cheese. The desserts I didnt like they are common for example flan, tres leche, and i dont remember the rest but it was very common not creative desserts at all. Let me warn you it is pricey!!!!! It is a painful one ;)
