This restaurant does not deserve even a star. We had a horrible experience at Tengu. By the time, I had received my food, I would have probably finished a lap around the world. It took Tengu about 40 minutes to bring our food to the table and the restaurant was not even busy. I am an easy-going customer and I rarely get upset about a restaurant. The management team should re-evaluate the way they are running the restaurant. It was poorly managed. After voicing our concerns to the manager, she had asked us if we wanted a free meal?! How offensive! If the management wanted to express their apologies, they should take the experience as their own and take care of the check without even asking. I didn't come for a free meal. I came to spend a nice evening with my guest. Don't waste your time and money.
