Went to Papa's Joe's in Brownsburg as they had advertised on television lately and my family and I were hoping we would find a great little Italian restaurant that we could frequent often in the future. Instead what we experienced were servers who did not know the menu, hadn't tried the food, nor could suggest a decent dish. Our waitress did not know the specials and in fact told my wife that she didn't know what the specials were...and did not offer to go over 15 feet to the specials board and read them! I ordered a dish that was a "spicy fettucini with chicken." It was the saltiest, spiciest dish I have ever tried. I could barely get two bites down without chugging water. When I suggested they take it back and asked to bring me a new dish, I received a tasteless lasagna. To top things, off at the end of the meal, there was no offer to discount my bill for all the trouble, AND we received the wrong check!!! Stay away from this place as it is one step away from being a Fazoli's! I wasted $34 dollars on this place when I could have heated up a tv dinner that would have tasted better.
