Review content:
I first began going to Heart and Sole Therapies about ten years ago for help with a rotator cuff problem. Physical therapy had been no help. I had learned to adapt my exercise activity to movements that did not cause me pain around my shoulder. But Ann Hovey (owner/operator of Heart and Sole Therapies) fixed me. It's just that simple. As a triggerpoint massage therapist, she presses down in various spots and loosens up the muscles around the rotator cuff and voila, it's fixed! Frankly, I don't even know what she does, but I have no more pain.
I go back to Heart and Sole periodically for whatever ails me, and Ann always seems to help, sometimes with conventional physical touch, sometimes calling on the assistance of her many research books, and sometimes using the aura of the room.
She started me on B-Complex for my wrist pain. Great idea.
The last time I went, I stopped in the same plaza (Phoenix Mills Plaza) to have the oil in my car changed. Two birds. One stone.
Pros: Free parking. Nearby shops. Quiet. Peaceful. Clean. An escape.
Cons: Kind of far from Spencerport, but well worth the drive.
