Review content:
This is a really nice piece of property in Burton with nice trails and nature center. I know many people don't even know it exists, but you need to check it out. The nature center has lots of animals native to Michigan (mostly dead, but some of the snakes are alive!). There is bird watching area and an activity room where classes are held. The staff reaches out to cub scouts and girl scouts by offering Saturday workshops geared toward earning specific badges and they are really well run. Numerous hiking trails are located beyond the nature center. Watch the paper for info on their birds of prey workshops. My kids loved it.
