Review content:
The owner of CP Floors installed laminate and ceramic tile flooring in my home within the last year, and he promised me that making the customer happy was his goal. While the completed floors looked good there were some issues encountered. Some of the issues that bothered me were poor clean up of the job site. They left glue all over the walls and doors of my home where they had removed vinyl tile flooring before. They also had removed some doors in the house and did not put the right doors back in place. For example, the bathroom door with the lock ended up being my new kitchen pantry door and the pantry doorwas now my new bathroom door. The owner also claimed that the guys with my lawn service ran into one of his workers cars with their mowing equipment while he was working there. So I called my lawn service guys and they denied that this had happened. I had been working with my lawn guys for a while and I believe their story. The main issue I had with CP Floors and the owner is that after I paid him I noticed that there was something I missed upon previously looking over the job and I called him to ask him when he could come out and finish the job. He said to call him with any problems and he would be right out as he wanted me to be happy. So I called and I called and I called. I must have left him at least 10-12 voice mails over a 2-3 week period and he never answered my call or returned my messages. This is why am taking the time to write this review. In summary, I would say that the owner did not pay attention to detail and did not follow through on what he said he would do. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. However, if you choose to use CP Floors get everything in writing and to not make final payment until you have had enough time to examine everything several times so you do not miss anything.
