Review content:
Do not go to Riverside Ford to buy a car. Their service is terrible. They lied to me on the phone about the price of a car being negotiable. After driving 40 miles to the dealership I was told their list price was their best and only offer and they wouldn't come down even a dollar. I completely wasted a whole afternoon driving there. If they had told me the price was not negotiable I would not have spent my time and my friend's time driving all the way there and test driving the car. Maybe this is some kind of trick to get customers to come on-site and then sell them other cars they want to get rid of. Then when I called and asked if they could come down on the price even a few hundred dollars, the salesman said "I guess you haven't heard anything I just said so this conversation is over" and then hung up the phone on me.
I strongly recommend NOT going to Riverside Ford. With service this bad it's no wonder why Ford dealers are having trouble selling cars and the company is in financial trouble.
Pros: Test drive was OK
Cons: Terrible customer service, lied to me on the phone, extremely unflexible in negotiation.
