Review content:
If you’re tired of the big name banks in the city, give Brentwood Bank a try. They are a smaller bank (only have 3 offices in the Pgh area) but they offer great features you don’t get at the larger banks. You may miss out on some of the convenience, depending on where you live. We live in the North Hills and their branches are in the South Hills. (My husband, who grew up in the S. Hills has banked with them for over 20 years.) Luckily we just do direct deposit, thus eliminating the need for frequent trips to the bank. The employees are very friendly and down to earth. I have called there a few times, and I always get my questions answered quickly and politely. They also have online banking.
