Review content:
I wish to respond to "lovetoeat9's" above review. When you go to the emergency room or doctor's office complaining of symptoms of food-induced illness, by law, a report is made. If the problem is diagnosed as food p............. and the time frame for the progression of your symptoms leads the doctor to believe a restaurant meal was the source of the food-p............., then officials at the state level are notified and an investigation is begun. If four people got food p............... at the same table from food consumed at this restaurant, the restaurant would have been closed pending results of investigation to prevent others from being infected. Make sense?
The idiot who wrote this review should be ignored. I certainly ignored him/her and found the restaurant to be Ok...nothing great but certainly not the abomination that he/she describes. Let's face it, outside of Cape May and Westfield, there's not too much truly great going on (restaurant-wise) on the west side of the Hudson.
Pros: Crab cakes and the encrusted red snapper
Cons: Calamari was slightly overcooked.
