Review content:
Went there for dinner last Monday (4/16). Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Our server, Yoshi, was very attentive (and seemed very busy, yet efficient) for a Monday. We ordered 'Omakase' and he did a great job of helping the kitchen pick the perfect meal for us. Standouts from the dinner were the spicy scallops, the salmon with fresh ginger and a kobe beef preparation with some out-of-this-world smoke flavor to it. A dessert tray featured 7 different types of ice cream, all very flavorful, surrounding a tasty molten chocolate lava cake. The management team has done a great job of putting together a very attractive, intimate (it looked like there was only 70 seats) and inviting space as well, all while providing an exceptional dining experience. My only suggestion would be to have a more thorough traditional wine list, but maybe that's my signal that I should get more familiar with sake, of which there is plenty. Enjoy!
Pros: Food, Service, Overall experience
Cons: Good sake selection, but traditional wine list is thin
