I ate at Hokusai Saturday night with 2 other friends and we were all impressed. I don't eat sushi, and ordered the spicy chicken, which was out of this world. My 2 other friends ordered sushi, and both were very satisfied. Our bill came out to $57.00/person and that included cucumber salad, edamame, 2 bottles of Sake, 4 beers, and our main courses. The place looks great, the service was outstanding and knowledgable, and I can't wait to go back.
Pros: Great food, not too expensive, cool ambiance, and knowledgeable waiters.
