Review content:
I have been going to Scidmore Park every since I can remember. It was always so much fun when we would pack a picnic and head over there. At that time they had a wolf and a bear, but those are long gone now. They now have a small petting zoo with various animals for the kids to pet and look at. There is an inside barn with snakes and other reptiles and some birds. There was a bobcat, but they were talking about getting rid of it. They recently moved the playground equipment, but it is all pretty old. The kids have fun on it though. We did notice that the bottom of one of the slides is a very large piece of cement, that sticks up out of the ground. Not real safe. The park itself is very pretty, there are lots of trees. I like to take my kids here in the summer. Last year, Jack Hannah even visited the park!
