The first time I met Betty, I could notice how professional she was. I was waiting for my turn, so I'd time to observe her. I had already a very good impression (hair dressers make me nervous sometimes...) and when I discover she was talking French I felt blessed. She worked in Paris for several years and knew all about European hair dresser's technics. I'm Parisian so it was a little bit like meeting my roots. She listened to me very carefully and big surprise...she was the first hair dresser telling me "OK it's possible let's do it little by little". In fact I'm very dark hair and getting more and more gray hair, I thought it will be easier to be blond! I asked her "Betty make me a big sunshine in my hair!" and... she did it. I'm very happy with my new self now experiencing to be blond with a dark basis that keep all my true nature! Betty was like a magician for me and now to go to my hair dresser is like to visit a friend with the plus of being prettier when I leave. Thank you so much Betty! you deserve tons of new clients. Sincerely, Lisa .
