Review content:
I was speaking with other moms about getting family portraits taken. One had suggested a fairly new studio inside Eastgate Mall called Portrait Avenue. I was tired of waiting in line at other studios or paying outragious prices at the private businesses - I thought I'd give this a try. I was promptly greeted and taken back to a sitting area next to the rest room. The associate went over everything I wanted to have done. As my two-year-old daughter was refusing to put her shoes on - an associate came up and started blowing bubbles for her AND helpped her put her shoes on. She explained she would be our photographer and mapped out our sitting for us. As she was setting us up for the family picture a male associate joined the session. Our photographer introduced him and told my daughter he is great at blowing bubbles. The two associates acted in such silliness that my two year old warmed up to be her true self. The photographer suggested a costume (studio prop) and she was the CUTEST THING! After the pictures were taken, they added fireflies to her pictures. They took my breath away! They offered to touch up my portraits which made me even happier! One of the best parts, I was able to get my pictures back in an hour! Everyone that I've shown the portraits to has loved them. The experience was easy and THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Pros: Friendly Staff, Across from Chick-fil-A, ARTISTIC PHOTOGRAPHERS Cons: Session is ONLY 30 minutes
