This place is too cool! Like the other reviewer said - if you need a feather boa, or some 8-inch tall shoes, or an afro wig, or maybe an Elizabethan-style ballgown, this is the place to go. In general, they sell the most cracked-out stuff known to man for dirt cheap, and they have friendly service. If you have that "one weird friend" that you need to buy a gift for, Zelma's is definitely your place.
